"We count ourselves lucky in that we found JK Development to build our new home in Warwick. We were a bit different client for JK, as we lived in Texas during the entire process. Undertaking such a big endeavor from across the country could certainly be a risky proposition. However, Jon and Karen went above and beyond to ensure the home was built how we wanted. It really was a great process and our home came out perfect. Jon and Karen are truly vested in the process with you. Their entire goal is to make sure your house comes out the way you want and that you're happy. Jon and Karen are simply the best!"

"Jon and Karen made the home building experience, which we all know can be stressful, a good one. Their patience and expertise helped us get through the process and we knew right when we pulled in to Eagle Crest that this was a good choice and had a good feeling that this was home!!"
Kirsten and Vinny Scarcella, Eagle Crest
"We highly recommend JK Development!! Jon and Karen Shafran are truly fantastic people. From their willingness and patience to listen to all our needs and wants, to being fair with pricing when changes needed to take place. Jon and Karen went above and beyond in every aspect and delivered a truly amazing customized home. Jon was able to meet our extremely tight timeline and was always only a phone call away for any questions or needs we had. Karen was always there to provide guidance with both design and layout. We couldn't be happier to call this place home."
Dan and Jill Rado, Eagle Crest
"We had the best possible experience and the most beautiful home built by Jon & Karen! I have never met a better guy! He truly is a great builder and builds a 'top notch' quality home. I did my research before we decided to build and I could not have been happier. From beginning to end, everything went great. I highly recommend Jon and JK Development to build your dream home!"
